Solutions:

Five-day-long training course “Open the door” – is addressed to young, active people who have many ideas, and lots of creativity. It is addressed to those who are interested in public sphere.

This project will show them how to use their energy. Throughout training course participants will get knowledge about establishing and running NGO. They will be inspired to take their ideas into their own hand. The European Commission and our partners have participated in giving youth new inspiration to their activity since many years. It shows that running NGO is possible, it inspires a creative youth to choose this way of activity.

Participants  will be chosen from the contest on the ideas for a new non-governmental organization. So they are non-accidental people. An additional thing is intercultural learning, because training course is on the international level. An international cooperation is useful and necessary in the global world. The implementation of project gives the youth knowledge but mainly belief that having NGO is possible and interesting.
